Tim D. Wilson International Security and Consulting, S.A. is located in Guatemala City, Guatemala. We provide international security and consulting services throughout Central and South America, concentrating in Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, and El Salvador.

Our organization consists of a professional team of former officials from the United States of America. We have over thirty years of experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) including terrorism investigations and hostage rescue. Our team possesses experience in the Secret Service including the protection of three American presidents and numerous foreign diplomats. We also have over thirty years of former law enforcement practice.

Security Consultant Bios
Tim D. Wilson, Sr.
Tim D. Wilson, Sr is the owner and President of Tim D. Wilson International Security and Consulting. Mr. Wilson is a former law enforcement officer and has worked with numerous federal agencies in the United States and abroad. He has also worked with diplomats and their families around the world in the areas of dignitary protection, hostage prevention and negotiations, security assessments, and the implementation of anti-terrorism measures.
Danny O. Coulson
Danny Coulson served in the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 31 years. He has served as the Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI with responsibility for worldwide terrorism investigations, commanded four FBI Field Divisions and created and commanded the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team. He commanded operations that led to the recovery of over 275 hostages. Mr. Coulson has conducted Security Facility Assessments of some of the United States’ most sensitive institutions.
He was selected by the Director of the FBI as a commander of the Oklahoma City Bombing matter. Mr. Coulson regularly appears on Network Television as an expert in Terrorism and Violent Crime and handles security matters for a major sports organization and major corporations throughout the United States and abroad. Danny Coulson has a BA in Government from Texas Christian University, a law degree from Southern Methodist University and graduated from the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Mr. Coulson has trained with Counter Terrorist Teams from around the world.
Roger Jackson
Roger Jackson served as a United States Secret Service Special Agent, protecting three American Presidents and numerous foreign diplomats.
While in the service he conducted investigations concerning forgery and counterfeiting of the obligations of the United States and performed intelligence functions with regard to terrorism and threats against protectees of the Service. Mr. Jackson also served as a Fort Worth, Texas police officer prior to joining the Service. Additionally he served as General Manager of Barton Protective Service, Director of Corporate Security for Group Services (A Bass Company) in Fort Worth, Texas, and Chief Operating Officer for Security Partners (A Bass Company) in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Jackson was also the Vice President of Security Affairs for Wedge International a large international holding company with extensive holdings in Europe and the Middle East.
Mr. Jackson is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University, the Fort Worth, Texas Police Academy and the U.S. Secret Service Academy.
